Welcome to the Akrotopi Apartments booking portal. To ensure a transparent and seamless experience for all our guests, we have established the following terms regarding reservations, payments, and cancellations.
By confirming a reservation at Akrotopi Apartments, you agree to the conditions associated with your selected rate plan (Flexible Refundable or Non-Refundable). Our policies are designed to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational requirements of our hotel. Please review the payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, and local tax requirements below before finalizing your stay.
Flexible – Refundable
Deposit: A 40% deposit of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation.
Balance: The remaining 60% of the booking cost, plus the Environmental Climate Tax, is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation: Free cancellation is available until 14 days before arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate
Payment: 100% of the total booking cost is charged at the time of booking.
Conditions: No refunds, credits, or date modifications are permitted.
At Check-in: The Environmental Climate Tax is not included in the prepaid amount and must be settled upon arrival.
General Booking Notes
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the applicable deposit (40% or 100% depending on the rate) is forfeited. The reservation will be held until midnight on the arrival date.
Identification: A valid government-issued ID or Passport and the credit card used for booking (if applicable) must be presented at check-in.
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-In: 15:00 – 17:00 (Please contact us in advance for arrivals outside these hours).
Check-Out: 10:00 – 12:00.
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please request at the reception at least 24 hours before departure.
Quiet Hours: To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at Akrotopi Apartments.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. You may smoke on your private balcony.
Children: Parents/guardians are legally responsible for the supervision of children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended in rooms.
Visitors: For security reasons, external visitors are not allowed in the rooms after 23:00. All visitors must be registered at reception.
Housekeeping: Bed linen is changed every third day. We encourage guests to reuse towels to reduce environmental impact, but fresh ones are available upon request.
Cooking: Kitchenettes are provided for your convenience. Please use appliances responsibly. Open flames, charcoal grills, or gas burners are strictly prohibited.
Damages: Any damage to the room or property caused by negligence will be charged to the guest’s account.
