Quiet Hours:
We kindly request that you respect the peace and comfort of fellow guests by observing quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these periods.
Tap Water:
Please note that the tap water in the apartments is not suitable for drinking. We provide complimentary bottled water for your convenience. We recommend using the tap water for purposes other than consumption.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas. However, you are welcome to smoke on your balconies and other open areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and use the provided ashtrays.
Safety Measures:
Your safety is our top priority. Please ensure that you lock your apartment door securely when leaving and make use of the safe provided for any valuable items. Familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes and the location of fire extinguishers.
Conservation:
We appreciate your efforts in conserving energy and water during your stay. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment and be mindful of water usage.
Housekeeping:
Our housekeeping staff will clean and maintain your apartment every fourth day of your stay to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, towels and linens will be changed during these scheduled cleanings.
Check-out Procedure:
On your departure day, please check out by 11:00 am. Make sure to check your personal items before you leave, turn off all the lights and A/C, and return your key to the reception. Let us know if you require any assistance with transportation or luggage storage.

The local bus service provides convenient transportation within Tolo and to nearby towns and attractions. Bus stops are typically located throughout the area, and schedules can be obtained at the bus stations or through their website.

Taxis are available in Tolo and can be called to your location. The reception at Akrotopi Apartments will be happy to assist you in arranging taxi transportation. Taxis provide a flexible and convenient way to get around the area, including transportation to nearby towns, attractions, and the airport if needed.

Renting a car gives you the freedom to explore Tolo and its surrounding areas at your own pace. We have limited on-site parking facilities exclusively for our guests. You can safely park your vehicle next to the apartments. Our parking spaces are subject to availability.

In addition to our on-site parking, there are public parking options available nearby. Kindly adhere to any local parking regulations to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
